前置詞　to の基本的な意味と使い方

今回は前置詞の「to」を見ていきます。

基本をおさえるだけで、前置詞は全然難しくないことが分かります！

前置詞【to】の基本

方向 ・　～に・　~に対して・~に向かって

Toとよく一緒に使われる動詞

①　go (行く）
Amy goes to a dentist every other month.
歯医者へ行く

②　come (来る）
She came to my apartment yesterday
アパートに来た

③　speak (話す）
Please do not speak to me anymore
もう話しかけないで

④　dance (踊る）

動詞　A　to 人　でよく使われる動詞

①　send （送る）
Tony sent flowers to Misha
トニーはミーシャに花束を贈った

②　sell（売る）
This company doesn't sell goods to individuals
この会社は個人向けに商品を売らない　

③　teach（教える）
I teach English to kids
私は子供に英語を教える

④　give(与える）

①　nice （優しい）

②　kind (親切な）

③　mean (意地悪な）

彼女は昔私にとても意地悪だった

④　close (近い）
I am very close to finishing my homework.

be attracted to ~に魅了される 魅力を感じる　

I am attracted to you. あなたに惹かれています（好きです）
He is not attracted to this kind of job. 彼はこの類の仕事に魅力を感じません

be used to ~に慣れている

I am not used to speaking in front of large audience.
私は大衆の前で話すのに慣れていません

back to back   次々に　立て続けに

昨夜2本続けて映画を見ました

「to」まとめ

いかがでしたか？　後ろにtoを伴う動詞や形容詞がたくさんありますが、イメージが出来ていると応用しやすいので、問題集などで数をこなせばばっちりです！！　不定詞のtoは直後に動詞の原形が来ますが、前置詞の直後は名詞（動名詞を含む）なのでここをしっかり押さえていれば、大丈夫です！！
